Our Curriculum

The Every Choice Counts Transition Assessment is designed to identify each participant’s strengths, needs, preferences, and interests, creating a personalized Member Action Plan. Through Self-Advocacy, Life Skills, and Job Skills, participants build over 100 essential skills across 13 domains and 26 focus areas, preparing them for employment, independent living, and active participation in their communities.



Pricing

  • Full time: 9:00 - 5:00 M-F (40 hours) $1,000 a month

  • Part time: 9:00 - 1:00 PM OR 1:00 - 5:00 PM (20 hours) $640 a month

  • Hourly rate: (less than 19 hours a week) $25 an hour

  • Day rate: (1-2 days a week max) $100 a day
