Meet Stacey
My journey began working as a paraprofessional educator in a mild/moderate classroom at a local elementary school for over two years. I loved helping young learners discover their strengths and work to improve their weaknesses. Today, as a Job Coach at Oateca Transition Center, I bring that same heart and dedication to supporting adults with disabilities. I focus on nurturing vital life skills, self-help abilities, and meaningful vocational training. There is nothing more rewarding to me than watching our members build the confidence and independence they need to thrive in both life and their future careers. I am beyond thrilled for the opportunity to be a part of such a great team!
My Why
My “why” is the confidence our members show when they have successfully accomplished their goals. Every individual deserves to feel valued and respected by others and their own selves.
